Blended lemonade is super simple and very refreshing using fresh lemons and ice!
Ingredients:
1 tray of ice, or 2-3 cups
4-5 lemons
2-4 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup if not on GAPS, or omit completely and it’s still yummy!)
Directions: Place a strainer over the top of the blender. Squeeze lemon juice into blender, allowing the strainer to catch the seeds and the juice to flow through. Add ice and sweetener if desired. Blend on high/ice crush, adding up to 1/4 cup water if needed to blend. Serve!

We make this every day and love it. Had some today after a hot day in the sun. Yummy!! :)
I just made something similar, but I used limes and instead of ice cubes, I used frozen strawberries. So refreshing!
We make a similar one with juiced apples and lemons and then blend with ice. The apples give you a natural sweetness. Delish!
I did a blended similar to this in my vitamix. juice of 1-2 lemons or limes or both, about four strawberries, mint leaves, a pinch of stevia, some ice and enough water to get it to blend into a slushy texture. SOOOOO good! they have been a hit with everyone!
I have done this but just blended the whole lemon instead of just using the juice. It’s delish!
YUM! A client of Merle’s encouraged him to pick me a grocery bag full of lemons. I juiced them all and froze them into little (heart shaped) cubes. I suppose I could do this with some water and the lemon juice cubes. Adding strawberries would have Merle swooning!
Read this. Hopped up and made some. Thanks!
