Here’s a week of dinners without grains or starches (potatoes). We started getting in a food rut again, so I did a menu plan for this week before grocery shopping. Lots of cooked veggies and soup for snacks, eggs or leftovers for breakfast, macaroons for dessert. Fresh juice daily along with cod liver oil and probiotics as our supplements.
Burgers, squash fries, SCD ketsup (recipe to be posted- I’m hoping it’ll be a nice and easy real food alternative to corn syrup store ketsup)
Cabbage rolled up (tortilla substitute) with chicken salad inside
Pizza for hubby
Fish cutlets (fish patties rolled in shredded coconut and fried. Fish is local, caught by hubby’s non-fish-loving boss and frozen.

Egg salad (rolled in cabbage for those who want it like that)
