1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt, or coconut kefir
3 tablespoons honey, divided
In a blender, puree blueberries. Set aside.
Puree strawberries, adding a little honey as desired.
Mix remaining honey into yogurt.
In rocket pop molds, layer strawberry puree, yogurt, and blueberry puree. Tap gently after filling to remove any air bubbles. Snap lid on and freeze upright overnight.
To remove from the container, run under hot water for 15-20 seconds and popsicle should pop right out. Enjoy!
- Tip: If you have any extra, the pureed berries make a lovely topping for yogurt!
